Something About Nothing

I had ice cream on Saturday.

On Sunday I had some cookies.

I haven’t had anything bad to eat today. I am rocking it out, brothah.

Today is my first church meeting without Rob there in Branton. I decided yesterday during worship that I didn’t want to totally walk out on things at Branton, because… what if in January (when we decide if we want to stay and they decide if they want us) we get appointed somewhere else, or they decide they want someone with more experience? I don’t want to be without a church home.

And anyway, Keifer (the chair of tonight’s meeting) will be starting cancer treatments soon and it would be highly rude of me to be so inconvenient to such a good friend.

Thanks everyone for your kind comments on the last post. I responded to a few… so read on, dear hearts.

    Jayleigh,

I’m glad to hear things have been going okay with you. I am hoping this comment will acutally go through…my computer’s being flaky right now. You can tell what an awesome friend you are to those around you…Keifer is blessed to have you alongside as a friend!

    Blessings to you and Rob!

    Hi Jayleigh,

We’ll try this once more…my computer’s flaking out on me and I’m starting to get a little frustrated with it!

You are sounding like you’re doing good through all this…way to go girl! It’s so apparent as to what a great friend you are to all whose path you cross…Keifer is very blessed to have you alongside in friendship.

    Blessings to you and Rob!

I’m hearing you - it’s tough being betwixt and between and not really having a permanent place. ec

Hi Jayleigh! I’ve been trying my hardest to say hello all day, but my computer’s being really dumb. You are such an amazing soul and I know that God is going to work powerfully through you and Rob in all you do! Blessings to you both.. ;)

Jayleigh, Your healthy lifestyle change is going so well! An occasional treat is not a bad thing. I am here with ya in terms of trying to cut back. I am only on day 4.5 but I need to drop some weight.

    God Bless you friend!
