I Believe

I believe in a world where there are no stereotypes and no lines drawn by Nationality, Color, Race, Religion, Culture, Geography, Sex, Age, etc.

I believe in God, and his son Jesus Christ who died to save me from my sins.

I believe that I had to go through the hard times in my life so I could enjoy these times right now.

I believe I had to grow before I could bloom.

I believe that the rainy times have a certain beauty to them, even if I can’t see it at the time.

I believe that all children have a right to be loved and cherished.

I believe that Rob and I have a lot of love to give, and, being the kind of “rescue dogs” over “pure bred” people that we are, we could be perfectly wonderful parents of kids that we didn’t “make.”

I believe by the first of the year, I’ll have some news about that, because I’m calling on November 1 to make an appointment with the County Fostering Services.

I’m excited to hear about this news, and I look forward to hearing all about your parenting ups and downs because your life is already so fun to read about… kids will make it hillarious!

Maybe you’ll foster a family of 5 and adopt them all. God’s got a sense of humor like that :0)
